We have 3 main application methods:
1. A ULV (ultra low volume) fogger, it is a backpack style unit suitable for larger areas. The droplet size is variable from 5-30 microns.
2. An electric hand held ULV applicator used in smaller area such as offices and classrooms. The droplet size is variable from 5-40 microns.
3. Hand application using a cloth, this is carried out on key point areas which are used regularly such as door handles.
The treatment covers all surfaces, including desks, kitchen surfaces etc. The treatment also includes a wipe down of the all key touch points including door handles, cupboards etc.
The treatment length will depend on the size of the area being treated.
Ideally, all electricals will be turned off prior to the treatment being carried out.
Personnel are able to return to the area following the treatment once the product has completely dried. This normally takes 3-4 hours to dry.
The treatment can be organised with a member of our team within 24-48 hours.
Treatment is to be carried out, out of hours when no/few personnel are onsite. Please make sure that smoke alarms are either isolated or turned off during the treatment as they may be set off.
The product is non-toxic to humans, plants, animals or surfaces. However we recommend for no personnel to be in the area at the time of treatment, and for a least 3-4 hours after the treatment has been carried out. A Safety Data Sheet will be sent out if a treatment is booked in.
There will be a certificate sent to you following the treatment.
It is difficult to say how long the treatment will last as it is very dependant of different variables, including the type of surfaces treated and how many personnel are using the area. However the product does have residual qualities and once the treatment has been applied, it kills 99.999% of virus', including Coronavirus and bacteria's within 5 minutes.
Yes, the treatment removes the risk of cross-contamination.
